PAVING MORTAR – IV
SPEED DRY MIX PAVING MORTAR – IV is a specially formulated Cement Based Polymer Modified Bedding Mortar which conforms to BS 7533- 4:2006 . This is an excellent laying mortar for large format Tiles /Natural Stone slabs . It does not require any curing post application. High Qualit Graded , Silt free Sand , OPC and Polymers are used while manufacturing the product. This is a Heavy Duty ,flexible laying course that can be applied up to a thickness of 40 mm . This provides excellent underlayment for tile installation . This acts as excellent Water-resistant layer

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free of dust / loose particles, grease and mould oil.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 18% water (by weight of material) is required for mixing. For better results, mixing should be preferably done with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing would normally take approx. 2-3 minutes. The material should be applied within 60 mins i.e. after mixing the material should get consumed within 60 mins.
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
Storage and Packaging
SPEED DRY MIX PAVING MORTAR - IV is delivered in 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material. Keep out of reach of children. Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials, care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
